Wean-to-Finish

Every batch, live from anywhere.

Know how every batch is doing before it closes.

Cloudfarms shows your team how each batch stands today, what needs doing in the barn, where feed is lost and what each batch earns, on one site or across all of them.

Since we use individual traceability on all animals, we can then link the carcass back to dam and sire level. I can now view my production reports from anywhere at any time and know they are up to date and accurate.

Every pig accounted for, sow farm to sale

Pigs in, moves, deaths and treatments are registered in the barn as they happen, and in the office one screen holds the whole batch. Each batch carries the sow farm its pigs came from and every move, so the count adds up at close.

Deaths and treatments, batch by batch

What the team registers on the walk-through reaches the daily batch report within the hour: deaths and treatments per day for each open batch, beside mortality, feed used and pigs on hand. It opens on any screen, in the office or at home.

Treatments and checks done on the right day

A whole pen is treated in one entry, and the second and third treatments come back on the list on the right day, ready to confirm. Daily house checks sit on each person’s list, and a pig treated twice by mistake raises a warning.

04

Problems seen before they hit production

Deaths are counted day by day for each batch, so a bad day stands out before the batch average moves. Water, temperature and humidity are recorded on the same round, and a broken fan or water valve is reported and followed until it is fixed.

05

Find what’s quietly costing you feed

Feed is most of what a pig costs to grow. Follow feed use, feed conversion, daily gain and mortality over the whole batch, set it beside earlier batches, and see by house where a batch is falling behind your goals.

Know which pigs are ready to go

Each batch shows how many pigs it holds, by house, type and age. Filter by age and you see how many will be ready for delivery in the coming weeks, which is where the slaughter plan and the next feed order start.

What each batch earned

When a batch closes, its sales are set against what the pigs, feed and medicine cost, as margin per pig sold and per kilo of gain. The production results are printed and kept, and only the people you choose see the money.

Every finishing site, side by side

Batches from all your sites sit in one report, so the best and the weakest show, and whether the gap lies with breed, management or feed. The daily batch report covers every site, and a link opens it for people who don’t log in.
