Sows
The office screen updates throughout the day, against your goals, and the weekly report shows a slip while it’s still small.
Sows →Your gilt sales, planned weeks and months ahead.
Cloudfarms shows your team what you can offer for each delivery week, which orders the gilts are promised to and which ones to load, and passes the data on to your genetics company.

| Order | Delivery week | Gilts |
|---|---|---|
| 70 | 2026/35 | 220 |
| 62 | 2026/36 | 70 |
| 64 | 2026/36 | 100 |
| 69 | 2026/36 | 105 |
| 63 | 2026/38 | 130 |
We use Cloudfarms to keep track of the gilts stock, so we always know how many gilts we have for sale in the various weeks and how many we have made an agreement on.

Gilts are selected from the litter and given IDs that follow your genetics company’s rules, so only valid numbers go in. Each gilt carries its age, pen, breed, index and pedigree, and a printed pen list shows the team where each gilt stands.
| Animal ID | Born | Age, wks | Breed | Dam |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| P0AP1011617 | 18/03/26 | 19 | YL | 14867 |

For every delivery week, Cloudfarms shows how many gilts of each breed and age to expect: those already born, less deaths and your own replacements, plus expected losses and litters not yet born. If a week runs short, the ages either side show.
| Age group | Wk 26 | Wk 27 | Wk 28 | Wk 29 |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Youngest | 99 | 59 | 17 | 3 |
| 17 | 99 | 59 | 17 | |
| 132 | 17 | 99 | 59 | |
| Oldest | 89 | 132 | 17 | 99 |
Orders up to a year ahead go in by breed, age and delivery week, and move from wished to offered to confirmed, with every version kept. Confirmed orders come straight off what is available, so no week is booked beyond what you expect to have.
| Delivery week | Age, wks | Gilts |
|---|---|---|
| 2026/45 | 16 | 40 |
| 2026/45 | 18 | 40 |
| 2026/45 | 20 | 40 |
| 2026/45 | 22 | 40 |
| 2027/2 | 13 | 30 |
| Confirmed | 190 |
Each order shows how many gilts fit its breed, age and sex, and in which pens they stand. At loading, the team scans the ear tags against the order, and a gilt that doesn’t fit is flagged before it leaves.

Indexes, reproduction data and reclassifications go to your genetics company on a schedule you choose, once or twice a day, so nothing is typed into a second system. The rules you set up decide what is sent for each breed combination.

Everything your team records feeds the daily cycle: Cloudfarms checks the data, plans each day around what it finds and the people who are in, and helps the team get it done.
Capabilities →Your breeding units sit in one system with the rest of your farms, each kept apart, grouped by region or manager.
Feeding systems, breeding registries and your ERP connect without a second entry, and an API covers the rest.
Every farm moves over on a clear plan and every team is trained, with local Cloudfarms people in the Americas, Europe and Asia.
Each person sees only their own farms and screens, and any figure traces back to who entered it, and when.
The office screen updates throughout the day, against your goals, and the weekly report shows a slip while it’s still small.
Sows →Each batch from one screen: pigs in, pigs out, deaths, treatments, closed out on feed conversion, growth, mortality and cost.
Wean-to-Finish →Every gilt followed from arrival to delivery, every semen batch from the boar to the serving it went into.
Gilts & Boars →Everything Cloudfarms offers, and the packages for sows and wean-to-finish.
See the offer →One system for every stage of production, from one farm to hundreds: it holds the data, finds what matters, plans the work and helps your team get it done. Schedule a demo to see how it works.
