Social media: Our links to LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram are plain links. No data is sent to these networks unless you click a link; their own privacy policies apply from then on.
Retention: We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes described, to comply with legal requirements, or to resolve disputes.
C. Are you obliged to provide data?
You are not legally obliged to provide personal data. However, some services may not be available without certain data (e.g. we cannot answer your inquiry without contact details).
D. Who receives your personal data?
- Internal staff who need it to provide our services.
- Service providers (processors) such as hosting, IT and support providers, bound by contractual obligations and confidentiality. On this website these are our hosting provider, Mailchimp (The Rocket Science Group LLC / Intuit Inc., USA), which stores demo requests, and Google, which provides reCAPTCHA.
- Authorities or courts where legally required.
- International transfers: If we transfer data outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or the provider’s certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework). This applies to Mailchimp and Google, which may process data in the USA.
E. How do we protect your data?
We use technical and organizational measures (encryption, access restrictions, secure hosting) to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
